- 描述：桥梁防水粘结层的材料性能与施工工艺是决定其使用性能的两个基本要素。该文采用拉拔试验、剪切试验及不同的界面处理工艺对6种防水材料及组合进行系统的研究,发现材料的粘结与剪切性能随着温度的升高而下降。从试验过程中发现,在低温和常温条件下拉拔试件的破坏多发生在防水粘结层和水泥混凝土板之间,而高温条件下沥青基防水材料本身发生破坏。界面处理工艺对防水材料的使用性能有较大的影响。根据试验结果,最终推荐使用AMP-100+SBS改性沥青材料组合与精铣刨界面处理工艺的设计方案。
